Love and Kindness Always!

This week I’m focusing on Love, Kindness, Compassion and Forgiveness as I’ll be doing a Loving Kindness online group meditation this Saturday March 5th. Message me for the details.

We often choose to be angry to people who have done thing’s to us in the past. We choose not to interact with certain people who are different from us. I use to be like this as well but here is what I realized, We all have our own faults and weaknesses.

Nobody is perfect in this world, that’s a fact! If your angry at person for a past relationship or event it’s not doing you any good dwelling on it. You need to realize that you aren’t perfect and there is a reason for why people act the way that they do.

Maybe the person had a bad upbringing. We often think it’s easy for people to change but yet so many of our options come from what other people tell us. How is one to change if there minds are being programmed wrong.

Anther reason a person may act the way they do is cause they might have a mental health issue. Nearly one in five U.S adults have a mental illness that’s a shame.

Drugs and alcohol! Addiction is real. You can’t just flip a switch and turn it off especially if you don’t have the necessarily support system around you. It comes back to having a bad upbringing.

They may be unhappy with themselves. There could be a million reasons why people become unhappy with themselves. Maybe they have regret, lost a loved one, etc. Whatever the reason is I bet they would be more happy if they had more Love and Kindness in their lives.

By choosing love and kindness not only does it put us in a better state of mind by letting go of our negative emotions but we also are spreading it to other’s.

So I Invite to start spending Love and Kindness to everyone.

Stay toon for part two which focuses on the different between Kindness and being nice! Until then Blissings ❤️❤️❤️❤
