You always have choice on how you respond.

Life lesson! Being a content creator on social media with a disability I knew I was going to draw negative energy! In my early stages of Tik Tok I was video chatting with someone who was making fun me. I could have chosen to fire back or get emotional but instead I muted him! He was the one wasting his energy. You can’t mute people in the real world, but you can choose how you react and respond to them! A lot of the time no response is the best response!
