Meditation for New Beginning “In person event” Thank you all!

I would like to personally thank everyone who came to support my second in person event this past Saturday November 12th. The meditation was on New Beginnings and Habit change. We all have unwanted habits and simply becoming aware of those habits is first step to changing them..
