Last night's Meditation potluck at Greenshire Institute was a success. We started off with a short prayer then got moving with a dancing meditation. After that we sat down and went over the 5-4-3-2-1 technique which is name five thing's you can see, four thing you can hear. 3 things you can feel, two things you can smell and one thing you can taste.
To end the night, I did a guided visualization healing meditation. I am thankful for those who came out and for Greenshire! Already looking forward to my next event September Friday September 15th.
