Join me every Wednesday Night at 8pm eastern time "might switch to 8:30" and Every Saturday morning at 11:11 am eastern time for Guided Meditation's on Zoom. Meditation's cover all different topics from basic breathing to chakra based meditations. Typically last 10 to 15 minutes long.
